Upstairs Renovation

The upstairs was open with only a large bedroom, another small room and bathroom. We removed a master bedroom closet and converted it into a master bath and then enlarged the other existing master closet. After that we divided up the remaining space into 2 bedrooms with standard size closets and they are still left with a hang out/play space!

Here are before and after pictures. The homeowners demoed the old decking and rails. I came behind and covered the deck in Trex decking and installed new posts and Trex rails. All the pressure treated wood got covered in bright white PVC. The transformation is so drastic.
